No, you do not have to sign up to participate on the site. Free memberships do include limited access to various areas of the site. To be able to use the system to its fullest potential we strongly recommend you do sign up.

AVillageToRaise.com was created by a family that adopted two boys and the social worker that helped them through out the process. What they discovered is that regardless if your children are adopted or biological, they all share the same needs.

Our User Agreement is very clear and we DO NOT tolerate any level of discrimination so please report them immediately. An investigation will be launched and if the community member is found to be violating our User Agreement they will be banned from our site.
